Here in Gilbert, AZ, our journey began in 2011. It all started after receiving a life-changing medical diagnosis that unfortunately made it impossible for me to continue working in the construction industry. Fast forward to 2016; I was out on the lake, enjoying a day of shore fishing when I unfortunately snagged a rather expensive lure. Seeing an opportunity, I asked a friendly, nearby angler if I could borrow their kayak to retrieve it. That single act, that brief moment of connection and assistance, proved to be a pivotal turning point. It was on that very day that I made the conscious decision to purchase my very own kayak.

Fat Boy Fishing Products was born from the exciting convergence of my deep-seated passion for both fishing and kayaking. As we delved into and immersed ourselves within the competitive world of kayak fishing, we started to notice a significant gap in the available market offerings. Specifically, we identified a noticeable scarcity of readily accessible, high-quality components and innovative, groundbreaking solutions specifically designed to empower anglers. Our goal is to help anglers optimize their kayak fishing setups and, ultimately, elevate their entire on-the-water experiences to the next level.
